The book Dark Hearts Rising was writen by Lee Monroe. The book is about a girl called Jane who is in love with a a wolf boy called Luca. Luca is from Nissulum and they do not allow him to be seeing a mortal girl, so they are forced to break up.
Without Luca, Jane feels sad and alone. However when she goes off to Paris with her nan she meets a boy called Soren, who tells her he can help her find Luca, but she finds out he has been forced into marriage with a girl named Lila and Jane feels like just giving up.
Will Jane ever find Luca again, and will they ever be allowed to be together?

I thought the book Dark Hearts Rising was a really good book to read. This is because it was really interesting and always made me want to read more. I also found it really good because there were loads of twists and suprises in it, which made it even more interesting!
Overall I would give this book a 5/5!
